Cooperate reasonably with project requirements

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, access, or materials may affect project timelines.

Fees will be communicated through the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or agreement.

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule or invoice terms.

Where milestone payments are required, Norwester Ads may begin or continue the relevant stage after the applicable payment has been received.

Late payments may affect project schedules and service availability.

Norwester Ads may pause or suspend work where invoices remain unpaid beyond the applicable payment terms.

Any resulting delays may not be attributable to Norwester Digital marketing services where the delay is caused by the Client's failure to make the required payment.

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the applicable agreement.

Requests outside the included revision allowance, changes after approval, substantial changes in direction, or work outside the original scope may result in additional fees.

Advertising campaigns may depend on third-party platforms, including advertising networks, social media platforms, search engines, payment providers, hosting providers, and other external services.

Norwester Ads does not control the policies, algorithms, availability, pricing, approval processes, technical performance, or decisions of third-party platforms.

Changes made by such platforms may affect campaign performance, availability, or delivery.

Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors, including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, budget, offer, pricing, website performance, platform policies, creative quality, and other variables.
